Former Trump aide Kellyanne Conway said Thursday on Fox Business Network’s “Kudlow” that Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) spent “way too much time on the culture wars.”
Conway said, “President Trump is pulling away out there as full-time job campaigning for president. He has announced filed paperwork five-plus months ago. If you want to win, you have to play. So many others are supposedly running. Ron DeSantis has a huge war chest. He has done a great job as governor of Florida. He has lots of time to have a splashy announcement, hired consultants, maybe right people, maybe not. But he’s wasted five and a half months. I think we’ll look at the period of time between November and May – six months, and say, ‘What in the world happened?’ DeSantis and Trump flipped places within the polls.”

Culture wars are very important these days. Maybe DeSantis is focusing more on running the state of Florida than responding to Trump’s daily insults.
On the other hand I question her judgment because of her choice of husbands.

If Trump has the insurmounable lead that the polls claim he has, why are Trump and his surrogates so obsessed with someone who hasm’t yet declared ?

Considering Kelly anne is a fiscal big government lefty, and she agrees with Dems on social issues, what does she want to spend time on? She is probably to the left of her husband.
Good luck fighting your culture war while the Republicans have sat on their azzes for 50 years rolling out the red carpet and offering entry prizes and gifts for anyone who felt like entering the U.S. illegally.
They never had any intention of securing the border which is now being criminally abused by every culture on earth. That wasn’t enough so they gave us chain immigration, and have imported tens of millions of foreign nationals. Same story...

Kellanne Conway doesn’t believe in fiscal conservatism or social conservatism. Basically her only issue is Trump worship. She’s basically Hillary with a better stylist.
Money spent on ads more than a few weeks before voting is basically wasted money.
DeSantis is perfectly prepared to allow Trump to appear to be too presumptuous.
