MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. — Maricopa County officials have agreed to pay $175,000 to settle litigation filed after a Gateway Pundit writer was denied a press pass last year.
On Wednesday, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors voted to approve paying a settlement to TGP Communications after one of the company's writers was denied credentials to attend the county's press conferences during the 2022 election.
Records show the county restricted access to Jordan Conradson because they do not consider the Pundit writer to be "a bona fide correspondent of repute in your profession."

This is great news for freedom of the press, and affirms that The Gateway Pundit is a legitimate news outlet. Boom.

Settled out of court. Good deal for The Gateway Pundit. The settlement gives them a little cash in hand and legitimacy.
What it does not do is shed any light on the shenanigans of the Maricopa County election swindle.

Why do they care, it is the taxpayers money. Take it from their pensions if you want change.

Absolutely. The GP has been reporting and breaking many news stories for years. They are legit. Of course I'm a bit biased because they are from St. Louis and that's my old stomping area. The Hoft brothers bring breaking news stories that no others bring.
Even on FR, when posting a breaking news story, GP is relegated to 'blogs', which they are most certainly not.

Right. They don’t care. If it was their own money then they’d squeal.

Are you referring to Hobbs, the SoS, who was running for Governor in the election? She violated conflict of interest laws that required her to suspend her election duties as SoS. Yet there she was in the counting room, the evening before the machines were confounded by 19” images (from 2020) being printed on 20” paper (2022), telling everyone to go home, she’ll close up.
