WASHINGTON, April 12 (Reuters) - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on Wednesday proposed sweeping emissions cuts for new cars and trucks through 2032, a move it says could mean two out of every three new vehicles automakers sell will be electric within a decade.

The proposal, if finalized, represents the most aggressive U.S. vehicle emissions reduction plan to date, requiring 13% annual average pollution cuts and a 56% reduction in projected fleet average emissions over 2026 requirements. The EPA is also proposing new stricter emissions standards for medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks through 2032.

And where will all the required rare earths, copper, and silver come from?

We aren’t going to mine it here in the USA.

What that means is, if they don’t meet their targets, they
can start limiting what days of the week you can drive.

Odd and even license plates can drive on alternating days.

I don’t doubt this is coming if this pasture pattie remains
in office.

Chyna... There isn’t enough power grid either. They hate nuclear and coal, and nothing is being done to expand the grid. They’ll be happy if we replace gas for EV one for one, with no grid expansion, thus limited driving available. Serfs.

They could achieve the same with Hybrids, but then they wouldn’t own the whole energy sector, and we wouldn’t be limited to the energy they offer.

Guaranteed, two out of three cars will NOT be electric. Nothing in the system can support that. People’s wallets, the grid, raw material production, NOTHING except their demented minds.
