Once the insurance companies for Remington stupidly agreed to a settlement, you knew it was only a matter of time before all other Gunmakers would be sued for same. Congress has made it quite clear that it intended to bar such suits.

SCOTUS needs to step in and slap the lower courts down.

This is a garbage suit funded by the Guv’na of CaCaLand, Newsom — your next president.

CCLand passed a law that will finance any lawsuit against any gun manufacturer if any part of their marketing can be twisted to sound like they marketed the guns to kids. Yes, CCLand, using Fed funds from your taxes, will compensate anyone filing such a suit.

Oh, and similarly, your Fed funds are backing up Newsome’s three wineries that used SVB waaaaaay past the FDIC limits. But, that is OK as Yellen is coming to the rescue of the woke TWOT’s that did business with SVB.

It was a Moslem who hated Jews. Lots of Jews in that neighborhood. And now, Jews trying to outlaw guns. Democrats being Marxist.

Tort Reform: Loser Pays.

That will end the pttty lawsuits nibbling at the edges of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act

"Loser Pays" also would restore considerable sanity to the medical, automotive and aircraft industries.

This has been ruled already.

So this is about trying to make life hard for the manufacturer.

I saw a ‘Shotgun News’ somewhere, and an ad that said: Get a Ruger, it is good for shooting up schools full of kids.

So, I resisted the temptation to get that Ruger.

Now, if it had said to shoot up a school full of administrators, I might have bought one, or more.
