We don’t see a lot of agreement across the aisle between Democrats and Republicans nowadays.
But we saw it back at the end of January when the chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee Mark Warner (D-VA) and the ranking member Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) said that the Biden administration needed to comply with the requests for information about the classified documents found at homes/office of Joe Biden and Donald Trump. Indeed, it was a universal opinion of the Committee that the White House needed to comply because of their oversight responsibility and the potential danger to national security that the documents could pose.

So, is this another sign that Democrats are going to push Biden to the sidelines and make sure he is not the candidate in 2024? If so, they certainly wouldn't be making this move only to support Harris as the candidate. So, who will they deftly move into the position of front-runner? HRC? Newsome? Some have even mentioned Michelle Obama would do it in order to be a figure-head (first woman and black at that) and let others actually be in charge, all in order to receive the adulation. That's not a totally unreasonable possibility given the fact that we know Biden is not in charge at the moment. Someone(s) else are currently controlling our government so why not just put in place another figure-head all to get the DIE points? Michelle could travel, meet celebrities, restore the White House party nights, and do the PR stuff while someone else takes care of the pesky details.
Yes, the question remains as to what to do with Harris, but to convince the "wise Latino" to retire due to worsening health issues due to her diabetes is not out of the question. I would think such an offer of a life-long position on SCOTUS would be a big enticement for a cackling VP, since she has failed upwards about as far as she can go without such a guaranteed promotion.
Anyway, for Warner to be questioning Biden's actions, is a big tell. If Biden is on the way out, we should be seeing other indicators over the next three months or so.

That is strong language.
Rubio and Warner never agree on anything. This is being orchestrated by the “powers that be” and Warner is obviously playing the part he has been assigned.
Warner’s participation in the Russia/Trump collusion Clinton conspiracy is well-known to those that have paid attention to the issue. He also spoke his assigned lines quite well during that crime spree (for a crime is what it was). His position and ability to manage what information was released allowed him great lee-way in directing the narrative.
So, I maintain my position that this is not normal and something is afoot! I expect a major narrative change over the next few weeks. Will the leaks be to WSJ to give them some credibility? Or will it be to NYT or WaPo? That’s the only thing remaining to bet on now.

Warner’s not up until ‘26. A Libertarian saved his ass in ‘20. He’s free to save the seat of Dr. Suess any way he can.

He stayed quiet a lot of the times, but as a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee he was a major player in manipulating information and as to who could see documents and how they were presented to the public. He often did this behind the scenes with his name kept out of actual articles. However, I believe he was one of the main leakers to NYT and WaPo. I suspect one of the common-referenced “un-named sources” and “someone not authorized to speak on the issue” was actually Warner in many of their articles.
Again, his statements today are very suspicious given his “all-in” on getting rid of Trump and installing Biden.

And they do not care about norms and what is “usually done”. The have violated every law and legal precedent set for how almost everything is done with regards to elections, criminal charges, classified documents, Presidential authority, etc.
Inserting another candidate at the last minute, even after a few primaries have been held, would be a piece of cake for them. We would be subjected to “this is totally fine” narratives from all the usual suspects as those such as Jake Tapper interview left-wing political and law professors who will be happy to explain to us how such a thing can, and should, be done.
As Rush used to say, “Don’t doubt me on this”. They have gone too far in their election theft to apparently cover up major crimes which Trump must have been close to uncovering, some of which we will probably never know about and cannot imagine, to suddenly now start acting with any other principles than the ones we currently see. There is no going back to the pre-Trump era. That ship has sailed. And those never-Trumpers who think all we need is a Haley or Pence to right the ship are sorely mistaken and have not yet realized the evilness of the left.

We have too many, way too many, corrupt politicians. Just look at the numbers they toss out when preparing a budget for our nation. They do not care about the fact they are putting us more and more in debt and no longer even pretend to have the best interests of our nation at heart. That goes the same for our educational and Court system, along with every other institution. It’s all about their own wealth and financial and power gains.
We are in a snowball going down-hill and the crash-landing is not going to be a pretty ending. The theft of the election in 2020, was the death of our nation. Once the fraud and Biden’s installation into the White House was endorsed by politicians and Courts alike, even the highest court in our nation, I knew at that time all was lost. They did the same last November since they knew they could do it again as the precedent had been set.
And thus, a free country was lost.
I feel the same as you. On January 6th, 2021, Congress sanctioned unlimited voter fraud, and it's the end to our right to free and fair elections. They will continue to steal elections with impunity. I'll be 76 this year, and don't hold out for any miracles when it comes to fixing our election system in what time I have left on this earth.
Warner is knee deep in Russiagate and took on the Steele Dossier as a real document after Dianr Feinstein passed on handling because it was so radioactive. Warner is an arrogant slime and is likely doing this to save his own skin now that the Republicans have the House and are doing a lot of investigating.

It’s a delay tactic. It gives the Democrats a political advantage. This is why, IMHO, you know the who.
The truth comes out of what happened, when it was known, and who is involved and the Democrats loose Congress and the White House. The FBI and DOJ are going to go up in flames from hiding the truth from the people for pure political reasons. Obviously, the further out from the event the more likely people are to forget it and its importance.
The Government can’t allow this one out. The deep state will take damage, maybe enough to expose the roots and potentially eliminate it, if the entire laptop and its content implications are revealed. Yes, this is like the Seth Rich coverup, it’s going to be decades of lies and ‘lost’ information.
