LAPLACE, La.―Along Interstate 10 where the Mississippi River threads from Baton Rouge to New Orleans, ever-expanding petrochemical and other industrial projects have long been fought by environmental activists, who have saddled the stretch with the disputed moniker “Cancer Alley.”
Now the Biden administration is opening a new front in the war -- against a proposed expansion of the sector in St. John the Baptist and St. James parishes known to Louisianians as the River Parishes. Under its stated aims of “equity” and “environmental justice,” the Environmental Protection Agency is trying to block state-issued permits for two new complexes – while renewing objections to an existing plant – all on grounds of a negative “disparate impact” on minority populations in the area.

Question 1: When will the America People realize the greatest enemy to their freedom, welfare, and livelihood is the $3 trillion unconstitutional portion of the feds in which EPA is included?
Question 2: Upon that realization, when will the American People and the States NULLIFY, TEAR DOWN, AND DISMANTLE the $3 trillion unconstitutional portion of the feds including the EPA, the DEADLY FDA, CDC, and most of these unconstitutional alphabet-soup agencies?
Can it be sooner thatn later? Please?
I am curious does the law (the actual law not EPA wet dream) list these impacts as ones which shall be considered when a permit app is reviewed?
I’ve known a few people from that area. Two of them died of cancer, one in his thirties. Both were white.
I remember Louisiana having the most cancers way back in the 1960s.
