He’s fighting them the only way you can fight a corrupt judicial system - through the court of public opinion. What could Trump have done, legally, to prevent an out of control DA from bringing these bogus charges to a grand jury?

100s of years of legal procedure shows that there is an investigation, prosecutor reviews the investigation, prosecutor agrees that a crime has been committed, prosecutor and investigator present evidence to a grand jury. There is no defense allowed at a grand jury.
But, since you seem to have figured out how to defeat that process, once you go public with the modification to criminal Justice machine, I’m sure you’ll make a lot of money teaching defense attorneys how to defeat the Grand Jury Indictment process. You’ll be a hero to criminals all over the country.
