Let’s see, given the fact that no one, absolutely NO ONE, can fight an indictment, your statement is….whatever.

100s of years of legal procedure shows that there is an investigation, prosecutor reviews the investigation, prosecutor agrees that a crime has been committed, prosecutor and investigator present evidence to a grand jury. There is no defense allowed at a grand jury.

But, since you seem to have figured out how to defeat that process, once you go public with the modification to criminal Justice machine, I’m sure you’ll make a lot of money teaching defense attorneys how to defeat the Grand Jury Indictment process. You’ll be a hero to criminals all over the country.

Spending an inordinate amount of time on what DeSantis should be doing just makes it look like the Republican front is fractured. Even if you think its true its not the best foot to put forward in a situation like this. Also Trump is essentially boosting the narrative that he’s guilty by drawing attention to the fact that even to him his supposed allies think he deserves to be arrested.

Its like a defendant when asked to give a logical alibi defending himself instead rants at length about how all his friends think he’s guilty. Doesn’t exactly look like a genius 22D move.
