JayCee Cooper, a transgender athlete, won a discrimination case against USA Powerlifting this week after the federation banned her from competing in female events.
With Cooper's victory comes a mandate the federation "cease and desist from all unfair discriminatory practices" because of sexual orientation and gender identity.
The organization must revise its policy related to those issues within two weeks, meaning trans athletes will be able to compete in the women's category after previously being banned.

Courts, who decades ago started deciding that women were being unfairly discriminated against in sports have now reversed their position and decided that men in dresses simply MUST be allowed to compete on women's teams so that they continue to hold the power and can make sure no women succeeds after working for decades to train in a sports category.
I'm sure all those liberal women are so pleased now that their own daughter can come in 2nd or 3rd place as she competes in power-lifting or swimming against men who ranked in the low percentile when competing against men.
Way to go women! Get ye back to the kitchen and make your husband a sammich!

Why have women’s sports at all? Just have all-human sports. Then there is no discrimination possible and we all live happily ever after!

Uh that’s what the transgender athlete is doing… pretending to be a woman at birth. She is not a biological female which is the point of women’s sports.
It’s MN though and a state court decision based on a state law.
Mandatory women’s sports divisions supported by men’s divisions is bogus anyway. Give them what they want. Get rid of all separate teams and only have one entirely by merit. Can’t make it, too bad. Problem solved.
Faux doesn’t help matters when they reinforce this guys delusions by referring to HIM as “She”, “Her”.
It’s a Minnesota court. Maybe some rational court will overturn the decision.
They should just shut it down instead of letting “men” complete against women.

Agreed, he is a he, regardless of body mutilations, clothes, and makeup. I absolutely refuse to endorse, support, facilitate their delusions. They havemental illness and need treatment, not being humored.
Then take this to the next level. Merge the WNBA into the NBA, like how back in 1975 the NBA absorbed remnants of the ABA (Nets, Spurs, Pacers, Nuggets) and sent Dr J, Julious Ervin to the Knicks when the Virginia Squires folded. The NBA is just about the wokest league in sports, would they have the you-know-whats to to make such a profound progressive statement?

This judge is an absolute moron - and that’s not intended as an insult - a pure statement of fact. This is stupid beyond words available to describe.
