I probably disagree with Woody on a lot of things, but I respect him for thinking for himself, as opposed to most dimwit celebrities that just mindlessly repeat DNC Talking Points.
Are “our betters” really freaking out about this? Never watch SNL but hubby put the clip on and we watched the whole opening monologue. All the anti-vax stuff seemed very sotto voce to us, it was almost like a coded message. As I recall, and I could be wrong, he never said covid, he didn’t name any drug cos, I’m not even sure he said the word “vaccine”. OK, I mean I got his meaning, but it wasn’t some call to arms, it wasn’t even a call to outrage, or it didn’t seem like that to me.
He’s a strange duck, Harrelson, I’m never sure if he’s smart or not, but of course I’m sure he’s far smarter than he plays it.
Well, if they are ticked off, they deserve to be, he’s right, they’re wrong. But I assume he’ll still vote D, if he made a statement otherwise about that, that would be a real change.
