Actually, baldness is a kind of disability. It can be argued that going bald can adversely affect a mans ability to progress socially, personally, and economically compared to normal men who have not become disabled by alopecia. So, if the earlier posted photo is of the councilman in question we must insist that he lead by example and lessen his community’s burden of having a handicapped councilman and resign the position and then commit seppuku, or just fall on his own sword.
Recall that it was the left who insisted that developmentally challenged children be mainstreamed into public schools and provided one-on-one individualized education programs while there.
At first it seemed to work, and then as more and more students were pushed into those programs, the care became less individualized and instead became “cookie cutter” programs which costs school systems large sums of money while providing little more than child-care for these children. Children with simple discipline problems (they had never received any such thing) were suddenly required to have Individual Educational Programs to assist with their “learning and developmental deficiencies” when their problem was simply not learning boundaries and expectations. Most of those students would do better with some structure, set expectations, and discipline in their lives.
Most of the truly developmentally challenged kids would benefit more from a smaller setting and a true individualized educational plan, either at home or a small select center, away from the the “one size fits all” programs we have today. Any child with problems can thrive in their own way and advance if given individual attention geared to their own hopes, expectations and limitations.
No, it’s the original Constitutional Carry State, that was solidly conservative while I was a kid here. The hippies and courts changed that over the years.

Agree. They unemotionally kill pre-born babies by “abortion” and select the unworthy and too costly non-perfect children and expensive elderly with health problems for elimination to save healthcare money and be efficient.
