Jeez… if Yellen was ACTUALLY smart (which she most definitely is not from what I’ve seen in the past two years) she might try to emulate Russia when it comes to interactions with China. After all, Russia actually runs a TRADE SURPLUS with China compared with the American TRADE DEFICIT (Hundreds of Billions of dollars EACH AND EVERY YEAR) with China.
