There sure are a lot of these Desantis threads on Free Republic. And the comments tend to devolve into some Trump supporters bashing DeSantis and vice versa.
Maybe DeSantis will surprise us all and decide not to run for president in 2024.

Right now, it looks like Ron has the Bush family square behind him!

He’s probably thinking the decision will be made for me if Trump is indicted.....

I don’t think DeSantis will run for president, unless Trump drops out.
I do think he is running for vice-president. Trump can only run for one more term, and if DeSantis is VP he will be front-runner for 2028.

I’d bet DeSantis will not run because he knows the votes would be rigged.

Does the timeline include when he drops out and eventually endorses Trump?

Maybe DeSantis will surprise us all and decide not to run for president in 2024.That would be disappointing and highly unlikely.
Every indication is this man is going to run for president.
If GOP primary voters are smart, they'll nominate him.

A time line to make up his mind? There's a thing called a law, in Florida, that prevents a sitting Governor from declaring for another office.

Isn’t it wonderful to see a consultant managed, corporation owned campaign?
