Maryland Democrats are pushing restrictions for licensed concealed carry that would prevent the legal carriers from being armed for self defense in pubic places.
WBAL-TV reports that State Sen. Jeff Waldstreicher (D) is pushing the Gun Safety Act of 2023, would bans concealed carry in “schools, hospitals, libraries, synagogues, churches, mosques. Also parks, restaurants, anywhere the public is gathering.”
The synopsis of Waldstreicher’s bill says: “Prohibiting a person from knowingly wearing, carrying, or transporting a firearm onto the real property of another unless the other has given certain permission to the person or the public generally; and prohibiting a person from knowingly wearing, carrying, or transporting a firearm within 100 feet of a place of public accommodation.

The liberal wretches that dominate the state’s politics are mainly in the central part (Montgomery, PG, Baltimore, Howard, etc.). OC, being on the Eastern Shore, is in a relatively conservative region.
i live on the right coast of maryland, the eastern shore, this guy needs to be taught the lesson that shall not be infringed means just that.

They were interviewing this dips##t on the local Baltimore TV station. He basically said "Hey! My bill will let you have your guns in your home, or in the home of someone who lets you!"

All things are “legal”, unless a law makes them illegal, and the Constitution protects G_d given rights from government infringement and bogus “laws”.
Because bearing is, on it’s face, a protected action, a law can’t claim someone else has to give you permission.
That’s the Gun Grabbers vision of law giving permission and rights, which is the opposite of the case in fact.
It is very clear that they stopped reading at the chapter that says if you scream lies loud enough and long enough people accept them as fact. Wokesters credibility is waning not growing. Even Gen Z is noticing that their life of made-up tribulations may be in jeopardy.
This is why it’s called “concealed” carry.

Eric Bolling showed a video clip of a man who walked into a resteraunt, shoved his ‘gun’ (which later proved to be an airsoft gun) in people’s faces demanding money. Walked around terrorizing the customers- fortunately though a good guy with a gun put an end to the maggot’s reign of terror. Now the left are going mental over it because the maggot ‘only had an airsoft gun and because he was “shot 9 times” by the good guy with the gun.
The left don’t seem to realize that criminals, and especislly black criminals who commit violent crimes of terror, or who refuse to comply with law enforcement commands when in the middle of committing crimes, will win stupid prizes when their intended victims fight back to end the terror/threat, or when cops give them every,opportunity,to comply, and theymrefuse to listen thinkingmthat theynare above the law because of their skin color. The left seem to think that minorities can commit any crimes they want without suffering the consequences of,their poor choice to do so.
Some far left antiamerican news casters actually state that minorities should be allowed to destroy other people s businesses because the minorities are owed reparations.

The SCOTUS needs to remind Maryland and every other Facist state that the 2A is not a privilege - it's a right! Furthermore, concealed carry needs to be affirmed as a right not requiring any fee or application. States that charge/tax and register concealed carry users are doing so contrary to the 2A.
Does the government tax or register us for: free speech, choice of worship, assembly or any other RIGHT in the Bill of RIGHTS> Then how does it get away with restraining our RIGHT to bear arms?
Those who swear to uphold the Constitution and then do the opposite need to be charged, prosecuted and put in prison or hung - IMHO!
They really want to create as much dnager and harm as they possibly can, don’t they?
