McCarthy needs to step aside in favor of someone who can unify the party.

It looks like the “holdouts” are basically trying to hold McCarthy’s feet to the fire. Given his history, that’s not a bad idea.

Musk, understandably, was pretty much removed from US politics prior to buying Twitter. If he had ANY IDEA of what these Republican ‘leaders’ think of their voter base, he would have kept quiet.

Everyone deserves an opinion. So let the House GOP work it out, that’s what they are supposed to do.

Musk and Trump wrong on this one. McCarthy, Mcdaniels and McConnell oversaw a weak performance this past midterm giving minium support to conservative anti-swamp candidates.

Musk is helping to expose the Deep State. Then he endorses a Deep Stater. I find that curious.

Oh, and replace “Musk” with “Trump” in the above comment. Same thing.

I am starting to wonder if all these elites are Masons. Perhaps McCarthy gave another hand signal?

I supported the idea of McCarthy, but I’ve moved away. At this point, if McCarthy wins, those who opposed him will be banished to the netherworld and not participate actively in any committee work. These 20 voices need to be our bulldog force to expose DC corruption, but without seats, they wont be heard.

McCarthy now needs to step down.

“Musk and Trump agree”

I admire both, but conservatives need representation.

Musk thinks the solution to polarized politics is the milquetoast, moderate middle.

The problem is the Democrats have moved things so far to the left that only a hard right turn will correct them.

McCarthy is proving he is not a good candidate. The uniparty just passed a 1.7 T boondoggle, not only full of waste but a lot of evil things. Republicans already threw away their biggest leverage for the next 2 years. McCarthy didn’t stop them.
