Many Counties have “RIGHT TO FARM LAWS”.
It should be a mandatory part of ANY escrow.
Had similar issues in N Calif-—then local realtors revived their usage of such laws, included such paperwork in escrows.
When a couple of very LIBERAL “women” complained about my horses-—I made sure they could read & write English & REMINDED them of the RIGHT TO FARM laws. They were NOT happy.
Same 2 dummies had following signs on cluster mailbox shortly after I sold & left:
Missing: Buster—yellow tabby cat $50 reward
then: Missing —Blackie—black cat $50 reward
Then Missing—Snowball—White cat $50 reward.
A couple of days later, someone unknown fashioned a sign at the near end of their property on the dead end road:
COYOTES 3
KITTIES 0
They kept letting their cats roam-—after all “THEY HAD 5 ACRES!!!!
Along with:
We don’t need cattle ranchers anymore: ALL the meat is in the grocery stores.
I don’t blame you from moving to try and get away from the craziness, but people better wake up.
We will ALL pay via the Federal government for these failed blue states and cities. It is all but certain that we will bail out state and local pension systems and erase deficits from poor management.
If you think I am wrong you have not been paying attention. All they need is a congress like this one with enough republicrats who want the pork and it will pass and our children and grandchildren will pay for the folly of all these blue state idiots who wrecked their city or state.
This is why California, Illinois, and New York matter. They have HUGE congressional delegations so they have lots of power in congress with powerful industry lobbies to boot.
We shrug and laugh now. Our kids will be crushed in the future because of the actions our “leaders” are taking today.
That’s the problem with Producer Flight (what some call ‘White Flight’), eventually you run out of places to run to.
Every time I meet one of these cuffin recent transplants they always tell me they are fiscally conservative but socially liberal. And it’s always some uckin fugly guy with his arm around a knockout female. Basically, they move down here to escape state tax on income. Everything else about them stays the goddamned same.
While 63,000,000 little ones will play sad songs on their tiny violins.
Hypocrisy is one of the most common symptoms of the Leftist mind.

Well - there is a LOT more to the story. California would have lost 2 seats - but several Red states apparently had “issues” with counting - which shorted them.

There was one that we nick-named “Turret’s Man” because he would habitually curse us out. No chopped liver? “You’re full of sh!t” “That’s chicken chopped liver, and I wanted beef, G-d dammit!” And so on and so forth.
