Musk resigning as Twitter CEO, another right-wing culture warrior who caved to the Left [Opinion]
Washington Examiner via msn ^ | 22 Dec 2022 | Christopher Tremoglie

You have to hand it to the Left. It is a powerful machine and global network that knows how to get what it wants. It consists of masterful organizers and propaganda artists. It is unparalleled in spreading its (toxic and destructive) political ideologies and brainwashing billions of people to believe in its causes. And, should all of that fail, it is made up of superbly effective bullies....

...Elon Musk appears to be the latest victim of this bullying. The billionaire new owner of the social media platform tweeted he would resign as Twitter CEO. The announcement came after Musk lost a Twitter poll he posted over the weekend...

...Conservatives and Republicans need sustainable courage, not those who can't handle the heat. It was great that Musk did what he did and showed the world the collusion between the Left and Big Tech. He exposed a lot of corruption. And, to a lesser degree, he revealed their thirst to suppress dissent and squash democracy's principles. But giving up this quickly shows that all the Left must do is be persistent with its attacks and the Right will eventually surrender.

remember...his original quest was finding out how many fakes were using twitter.

As far as naming his kids....At least he didn't name his boy..."Sue".

I suspect it has more to do with Musk needing to focus on his other ventures. He likely has a six-sigma mental bandwidth, but its not infinite.

I think Don Jr is taking it over. Musk wants to sell cars and work on starlink.

I checked yesterday.

I’m still banned on Twitter.

And I never violated the terms of service.

Well, I certainly agree with you about his children's names.

But as to what he is doing at Twitter and exactly what his objectives are, I don't think we have the slightest idea.

I presume his objectives would include making money since that's the currency of success...but what the hell do I know.

From reading his bio (by Ashlee Vance--I recommend highly), it seems that Musk is an extraordinarily determined person and is quick to learn from his mistakes. It also seems that he is very good at picking people who are not only brilliant generally, but are very good at figuring out and implementing brilliant and creative solutions to old problems.

I suggest that we would be mistaken to believe we can draw obvious conclusions from his actions at Twitter (or anywhere else). He acts with a goal in mind, follows through relentlessly, and will push himself to the point of insanity in achieving his goals (this is a guy who slept on the factory floor for months when getting Tesla started).

For all we know, this "poll" was nothing but a distraction to keep his opponents (incl. the FBI) off his back.

Keep in mind that Musk just released physical evidence of the FBI's crimes against the country. He is operating at a level we cannot even imagine. And like Trump, he seems to thrive in chaos.

That's too bad. We need Freepers on Twitter.

Can you send an email to Musk? Believe it or not, he reads a lot of them and even responds to some. I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't written an algorithm for eliminating the junk and other worthless emails in his account.

He's a maniac.

If you wanted to get l the bots to respond to one thing, what better.?

And if you did, how hard would it be for Musk to design a tracking program to find and ban or delete these bots?

He’s eccentric but he’s still smart.

Do you think he didnt know the outcome before he posted it. Fact is he wasnt going to stay on as CEO,he clearly doesnt care for the job but hes already stated he’ll remain on staff at Twitter , meaning he will be making the big calls i imagine. He is still on twitter every day pushing the envelope, letting folks see some truth, calling out frauds.....

"Who the heck do you think Musk is and where would he get such power?"

Uh, he owns the business...he can appoint whomever he so desires. The appointee can decide whether to accept or not...

Must make it feel a little pointless to answer that question or respond to that thought. As if the best you could imagine would be to cajole the boss into altering his chosen new course by a fraction of a degree. Unless he has some Men in Black pen he flashes at the meeting to give the reasonably highly-paid and smart individuals assembled before him the conveniently false sense that they, rather than he, came up with the course change on their own.

If Elon Musk is willing to risk turning Twitter over to somebody who looks and talks like he could run the company well and let Musk do the creative, but might be called a White Supremacist, then somebody like Charles Payne or Tyrus might a good choice.

“Musk isn’t right wing” Or a conservative.

Maybe he isn't your flavor of conservative, but he's an individualist and not a globalist. I'll settle for that.

He was going to hire a new CEO anyway, but he still will control Twitter, he already said that.
