Re the sum of 4155, the number of pages of the abomination that no one can read because that's the simple meaning.
There are a lot of options for search parameters, but right out the gate:
Setting search results to stay within single verses, there are 157 results in the Tanakh. (These are for whole word strings, not letter strings that may start/stop within words.)
The first is Gen 1:7 (1.7, hmmm). It (4155) is the sum of the verse minus the first word, the verb, "and [He] made" [ויעש]:
Genesis 1:7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
ויעש אלהים את־הרקיע ויבדל בין המים אשר מתחת לרקיע ובין המים אשר מעל לרקיע ויהי־כן
This jumped out because the lone word out -- ויעש -- rearranges to Yeshua ישוע. I'm not on that name/dogma train, but the name obviously is in heavy use out there. And, well, consider the timing. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, everywhere you go...
When the search is set to spread across verses, there's one result ahead of that one. It forms a coherent sequence, everything in red:

3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
(You might recall that verse 4 = 1776)
As long as I was on the subject, I selected the search to check letter strings. This generate thousands of results across verses, but there was one ahead of those two:
Genesis 1
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit* of God moved (hovered) upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

* This is the place where the sequence only includes part of the word, but not like I could just carry it over to the English translation. The word/phrase is v'ruah [ורוח], "and the Spirit/wind", but the 4155 text string begins with the last two letters, the vav and chet:
ורוח
Thus, the letter string commences by reading as, "And the [letter] chet of God moved (hovered) upon the face of the waters..."
But of course, as it leads right back to:
According to the Ari z"l," the letter chet is constructed by combining the two previous letters, vav and zayin, with a thin bridge-shaped line, referred to as the chatoteret ("hunchback"). The new energy effected by the union of the vav -- or yashar -- and the zayin -- or chozer -- is the secret of "hovering" or "touching yet not touching." The image of "hovering" appears at the very beginning of Creation: "And the spirit of God was 'hovering' over the water."
The reference is to the direct light ("ohr yashar") and the returning light ("ohr chozer") which is derived from "let there be light" followed by "and there was light".
These topics are out there for anyone who might be interested. I'm merely pointing out how "and the chet of God hovered..." is not just some insignificant or dumb statement. It's all highly integrated -- even with the first light -- which is why I take the time to post these important public service announcements.
