Difference between republican investigators and democrat investigators is that... Republicans worry about the repercussions during the next election and fail to act, while democrats don't care and get things done, and worry about repercussions when they get to the elections; meanwhile democrats will have advanced their causes, while republicans are eternally handicapped by their worries about repercussions and don't want to harm anybody and want to play nice.
