Any crappy treaty with Russia means they will arm up and attack Ukraine again with 5 years. Russian are barbaric, so will not honor treaties. They are part Mongolian and the ones that are not, have absorbed the Mongolian mentality.
All Russian promises turn into lies when expedient. Putin had a great deal with Europe, selling them gas and oil. Russia got rich, oligarchs became billionaires, and the average standard of living went up. But for barbarians and egomaniacs (Putin) this is not enough.
