Not sure but one thought is that the dems want to delay a Republican win so they can claim the Republicans cheated. I wouldn’t put it past them.
Ohhh! I think I figured it out! They’re trying to recreate the “Biden Michigan” graph, but in reverse! They count only the dem votes for a while, and then when the R votes get counted there’s a big spike, and they can say “SEE! CHEATING!” (Or “See, this kinda thing DOES happen in normal scenarios. It’s NOT a sign of cheating”)
