Louisianna State Troopers used to stake out sections of I-10 and pull vehicles over.If one had more than pocket money on them. It was confiscated it. Other State Police probably did it on I-95 and I-75 too. Mexican fruit pickers traveled with large amounts of cash on them because they did not trust banks. The Police made a lot of money at this.
