He’s going to create “High Quality Carbon Credits®”.
Honest, they’re worth twice as much as normal credits.

Frankenstein hates fire and anything that is used for fuel. Electricity is ok because that’s how he came alive. He wants America to run on lightning.

This is corporatism; also known as fascism. Government arranges for monopolies or oligopolies through laws, tax code and regulations instead of striving to create pure competition. When corporations fund anything other than their own operations and consumers have no alternative businesses to patronize, then there is a tax built into the cost of the products.

I’ve never liked the idea of businesses giving to charity or special causes. Individual employees can do that. Consumers can do that on their own. People should have choice as that leads to completion and a prioritization of the most important and real problems. Instead we get nonstop virtue signaling while it is obvious that some businesses truly don’t give a damn other than wanting moronic people to buy their products and services.

The focus is wrong. Business are no longer concerned with creating a superior product with excellent customer service. It’s about convincing people to feel good about brand and distract them from what is being sold.

So, a global fund, correct? To be run by a global governing body, right?

Geez, why don’t we all just march off to Armageddon now and just get on with it.

Dems love anything that provides access to “funds,” if you get my embezzlement-laden drift.

...talks with external partners to use funds from major companies...

WHICH partners and WHICH companies?
Will they be nothing more than financial funnels into private pockets at the expense of US taxpayer money?
