Federal rules and regulations, the swamp’s tax on U.S. companies and citizens, have surged over 45% under President Joe Biden.
A new tally from the regulation czar at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, Wayne Crews, showed that Biden’s team has issued 4,429 rules, a 45.8% jump in paperwork over former President Donald Trump’s final year.
The price impact is unclear, he said, though likely much higher than it was under Trump, who sometimes used new rules to kill off Obama-era regulations.

That was done in less than two years. The solution is to shutter every agency that creates regulations. Make it a state issue. The USSC needs to hear some commerce clause cases.
We need actual agencies abolished.
This talk of ‘oh we’re gonna just reduce regulations’ is swamp talk. That does not address the issue. The issue is existence.
Target an agency and mark it for destruction. And then after it’s destroyed, blow it up again for good measure. These things are like zombies endowed with eternal life. The agency must not exist. EPA, IRS, DOE, I don’t care. I just hope we can pick one and everybody agrees so we aren’t like a bunch of cats running around that nobody can herd.
And then nothing gets done. Meow!
This is how big corporations keep small business that might compete down.
They know a small business doesn't have the money to retain a pile of lawyers and experts to comply with the constant barrage of regulations.
Those that make regulations are making laws.
And those individuals are un-elected.
