Just as big a problem is the vast majority of people who still listen to the government and the media as if they were sources who were concerned with our welfare or if they were interested in delivering facts instead of state-fed propaganda or outright lies.
I went to a dinner party on Saturday night, and of the six of us there, only three of us knew anything beyond the canned stupidity put out on this event on the alphabet networks, if they had heard about it at all. The two females and one guy were dubious about our interpretation.
They were willing to just swallow the constantly changing story whole. So whatever it ends up being that the police, in conjunction with government entities come up with, they will likely accept that as fact.
We know folks like that. Just like a lot of those going to the polls do zero research on candidates or issues. “IGNOS”. 🤔
There is that one scene where Nicholson’s Joker says “Who do you trust? Hubba, hubba, free money! Who do you trust?” that accurately captures the MO of the Democrats.
My younger brother, who is otherwise a decent enough guy, has accepted whatever CNN or MSNBC has put out about this incident. He believes that DePape was a MAGA person who wanted to do harm to Nanzi. He’s swallowed the entire Democrat narrative, whatever that is. I can’t bear anymore to look at those networks.
I tried to tell him about the fact the guy is a crazed leftist who loves BLM and Antifa, and my brother won’t hear a word about it. He’s made up his mind. Whatever those two networks tell him on the television are the facts. It’s sad to see, because as I said, he’s otherwise a nice guy and a good brother. You can’t choose your family!
I can’t even imagine why you would even talk about it at a dinner party. There’s so much other stuff to talk about that. I doubt I’d be talking about the pelosi’s of all people.
