We need more comprehensive hammer laws.
Yes...but hammers have a legitimate use....but no one needs a hammer that can be wildly swung 10 times without the handle falling off....
and they should be kept in a locked box so that anyone not trained in using them don't have access....
(and don't get any ideas... I already have a patent pending on a 10 Strike Hammer.../s )
