Fox News correspondent David Spunt has the latest on the Igor Danchenko trial on 'The Story.'
Special Counsel John Durham delivered the prosecution’s final rebuttal in the trial of Igor Danchenko Monday, pointing to the significance of information that emerged during the proceedings of FBI failures related to the Trump-Russia probe.
Though it is Danchenko who is on trial, the FBI is the "elephant in the room," Durham said.
Durham's comment came as he wrapped up his effort to prove that Danchenko, the Russian national who served as the primary sub-source for the anti-Trump dossier, had lied to the FBI.

I agree—the FBI accomplished what they intended imho. Durham knows this also so is he up to something or is he truly part of a cover-up?
The FIB gave aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
The FBI did everything they could to dig up dirt on Trump, while giving criminal Clinton a pass. How long do we have to wait for justice in this country?
It’s northern Virginia. My best guess is the jury will not find Danchenko guilty. They’ve been fed six years of propaganda that Trump colluded with Russians.
We are not the jury Durham is speaking to in person. We know what the Feds did was deliberate and the raw, unvarnished truth is what we live for. Of course a wider audience and history is also listening to Durham. He is a careful and deliberate man - is Durham - flashback he lost an open and shut case in D.C. when the politically biased jury didn’t give a rip about Mother Justice - they made sure Durham’s case was hobbled because they thought a conviction of a liar to the FBI would vindicate Trump. I will give Durham the benefit of the doubt on his choice here. He is speaking to flesh and blood people on the jury. THE FBI FAILED WHEN MOTHER JUSTICE WAS RINGING ITS PHONE OFF THE HOOK. Of course they deliberately “failed”. And this explicit information that he nails home is SHOCKING TO THE BODY POLITIC and Durham isn’t into polemics. In a JUST SYSTEM this would be welcome info but today people are ignorant and/or tainted so who knows how to word it when he’s trying the liars on criminal counts but not so the FBI.

It was actually a brilliant plan by the Russians -- use one of their operatives to plant a story that they were actually trying to help the candidate they were trying to hurt, and vice versa.
