Putin is insane, he thinks his bridge is off limits and then hits Ukrainian cities. That is an emotional strike of a madman.

He never said the bridge is off limits - it’s been on Ukraines sites from the start. Now they are seeing what the response is. You strike their bridge - you will get a solid response. It’s not like Zelensky didn’t know there would be a huge response....he certainly knew there would be....and happy this conflict has escalated.

Putin may be insane, but I would caution everyone, if he’s replaced who would take his place, someone who would begin the peace process and deescalate the situation or turn the war into a battle of attrition and seek to eliminate Ukraine ??

My feeling, Putin may be insane, but he’s the devil we know, the devil we don’t know could and will probably be worse.

It's exactly the same kind of temper tantrum Hitler threw in 1944 with his indiscriminate V-1 and V-2 terror strikes against Britain and Holland. They accomplish nothing except to reinforce the determination to beat his battered and crumbling army back into Russia.
