Before this Probable Cause had to be established with a FISA warrant. Notice that Probable Cause is nowhere to be found nor any warrants FISA or otherwise in Biden's Order.
I suspect Biden is thinking that the courts will afford us "dignity and respect" instead of due process. God help us!

This removes all the protections American have to being spied on without a court order if I’m reading this right.
This should be an impeachable offense or much worse but we have very little representation in DC which is why the Uniparty hates the America First brand of patriot politicians. Fighters like MTG, Gaetz, DeSantis and hopefully a bunch of new ones after Nov. 8.

All true. But the real problem is admissibility as evidence against folks in court. This may have opened the legal door here for evidence that before was inadmissible.

Actually, they could make the claim “We think this is actually code for...” no matter what you say. They could twist what you say into anything they want it to be.
I think the big problem with this is now that it can be legally collected it can now also be legally used as admissible evidence when they could not before.
So they want to start another war.
This makes it easier to spy and raid anyone who investigates Hunter Biden or those who oppose this administration’s policies on abortion, immigration, etc.
