FBI Raid on a Pro-Life Activist's Home: What we know about the man who got Mark Houck arrested
American Thinker ^ | 09/27/2022 | Jack Cashill

Posted on 09/27/2022 10:23:53 AM PDT by SeekAndFind

On Friday, as half of America now knows, two-dozen FBI agents stormed the home of pro-life activist Mark Houck and arrested him in front of his horrified wife and seven children. The charge against him was shoving a man in front of a Planned Parenthood abortion mill nearly a year ago.

In the indictment handed down by the grand jury, the man allegedly assaulted is known simply as B.L. Although I know his name, and others have reported it, I will leave it at B.L. for now lest two-dozen FBI agents show up at my door.

As it turns out, B.L. filed a complaint against Houck in Philadelphia Municipal Court soon after the October 13, 2021, incident. That charge was recently dismissed because B.L. did not show up for the hearings. Houck did. At the time of the shoving incident, B.L. was 70, not 72 as his defenders claim. To put that age in perspective, the actor most closely associated with Philadelphia, Sylvester Stallone, is 76 and still making action movies.

B.L. has some familiarity with Philadelphia courts. In the 1970s he was arrested on multiple charges related to possession and manufacturing of controlled substances. The three charges were pled down to a single change and B.L. was sentenced to three years of probation. He was also charged with “disorderly conduct persistent.” As the attorney who helped me navigate Pennsylvania court dockets observed, “Poetic that the first important thing on the ACCUSER’s docket is ‘WARRANT OUTSTANDING.’ Hmm, figured the DOJ would be more interested in THAT eh?”

More recent and perhaps more relevant is B.L.’s involvement in a 2017 Mass Tort against Janssen Pharmaceuticals relating to the drug Risperdal. Risperdal is “an atypical antipsychotic used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.”

So, we’re dealing with accusations from a 71-year-old who was previously arrested on multiple drug charges, pled guilty to one, pled guilty to disorderly conduct, and was involved in lawsuits about the side-effects of his antipsychotic medication.

This is Something that the media probably won’t normally discuss.

In truth, the media will no more want to talk about this case than they did the last case in Philadelphia case that put abortion in the spotlight. Kermit Gosnell? Remember him?

Stupid question, I know, but how does an assault charge become a part of the FBI’s jurisdiction? What Federal law has been broken?

Why is this a federal matter?

Because Pro-Life is wrongthink, and must be stamped out by any means necessary.

So much is bizarre about this case. WTF is going on?

The case is a year old

Case was dismissed 3 months ago, because accuser didn’t show up

Philly police and DA declined to follow-up on it

Houck showed up to court, and voluntarily surrendered himself to police any time he was requested

FBI raids his house with 25 agents and 15 vehicles

We're also dealing with a democrat Legal operative [also known as the US attorney, Eastern District of Pennsylvania], who is using her position to attack this guy, like the Legal operatives in the DA's office in Kenosha attacked Kyle Rittenhouse.

The name of this pond scum is Jacqueline C. Romero, globohomo prevert, appointed by the handlers of King Puppet.

During the Clinton years, they made it a federal crime to impede anyone’s access to an abortion clinic, or something to that effect. Of course, interpretation of what constitutes “impeding” can vary. I think part of the complaint against Houck was that he had allegedly done something along those lines during the course of his protests at abortion clinics.

I asked the same thing on another thread.

Someone commented that it has something to do with a federal law about preventing access to an abortion clinic, a law that some say is automatically nullified since the feds no longer have jurisdiction over abortion.

The effstapo heard that he had lots of kids.

Backshooting and burning material, if you know what I mean. Better than the blue pill for fibbie gearqueers.

“how does an assault charge become part of the FBI’s jurisdiction?”

Think they’re trying to charge him under FACE, that he somehow violated Clinton’s old Freedom Of Access To Clinic law.

“Why is this a federal matter”?

Because the Feds want it to be an intimidation matter.

No dissent or opposition will be tolerated.

They want to make people fearful and scared to stand up and be counted.

The J6 Political Prisoners is proof of what they’re doing.

I read somewhere else that Houck was in talks with the Feds and was arranging to turn himself in.

Even if FBI SWAT wasn’t there, I’m sure the agents that did were in their green raid vests and some were carrying rifles. For a misdemeanor assault charge.

In the immortal words of Admiral Painter.....This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we’ll be lucky to live through it.

The FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT question about this raid was did the FBI show PROBABLE CAUSE of a crime being committed BEFORE the search and seizure.

If not, this is another government violation of the 4th Amendment as an unreasonable search and seizure and ALL evidence seized should be excluded as Fruit of the Poisonous Tree.

RE: Why is this a federal matter?

Well, there is a Federal Law that makes it a federal felony to injure, intimidate, or interfere with anyone seeking to access a reproductive health-care provider.

B.L. is supposedly a health care provider. Mark Hogue usually brings his 12 year old son to hand out pro-life leaflets and counseling information to women who go to these providers for them to change their mind about getting an abortion.

B.L. started screaming obscenities at Mark and even his 12 year old son. B.L., the patient escort had verbally harassed Houck’s 12-year-old son, who’d accompanied him on that day.

Mark had no choice but to intervene and protect his son. An altercation occurred as a result of that. When Houck shoved the man in self-defense, family spokesperson Brian Middleton told the Catholic News Agency on Sunday, the escort fell to the ground and suffered a minor injury that a family spokesperson described as requiring only “a Band-Aid on his finger.”

But *THAT* was enough for Mark to be charged with a FEDERAL FELONY. This is all because of THE FEDERAL LAW.

I am not religious. However, the woke people appear to be evil and psychologically twisted. The three thugs Rittenhouse shot all had felony records and were of a abnormal sort, Joseph Rosenbaum was a psycho who had been imprisoned in Arizona for physical sexual abuse of small boys. This creep appears to be a dope addicted psycho. The language the left regularly uses is laden with obscenities. Perverts of all types abound in wokeism. BLM are simply violent, criminal negroes with subnormal IQ’s. So the normals are being attacked by a movement led by articulate evil and perverted persons and the foot soldiers are criminals, often sexual criminals, and the dregs of society.

Why is this a federal matter?

The FBI simply can not think it is going to "suppress" pro-life or any other conservative movement.

Rather they are trying to INCITE violence. Biden's handlers would then use that for election purposes, and who knows what "laws" the FBI and deep-state would pass then.
