If the Ukrainians aren’t making advances, why has Russia postponed their “plebecite” in Kherson?
Given the civilian targets NATO hits, I’m guessing they received sufficient warnings to warrant postponement.
Public safety reasons...obviously.
Doesn’t mean Ukraine is pushing the Russian forces out, just that its dangerous for civilians to travel to polling stations.
