The would-be assassin who allegedly pulled a gun on Argentina’s Vice President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner had 100 bullets stashed in his home when police raided it in the wake of the shock attack.
Fernando Andres Sabag Montiel, a 35-year-old Brazilian, was taken into custody after he was caught on camera pointing the loaded gun in Fernandez de Kirchner’s face outside her Buenos Aires home Thursday night.

I'm a bit surprised news of this has not already been posted.
When cops later raided Montiel’s residence, they uncovered his huge stash of bullets, police sources told local newspaper La Nacion.
Oh, good grief...
Kirchner IS dang lucky.
She's also corrupt and a disaster for Argentina, but, it'd be better for their legal system to end that, not an assassin to martyr her.

What would they call mine? Over 15,000 22LR and that is before we start talking about other calibers.

Holly crap a 100 bullets? We’re they loaded in a cartridge with powder and primer? That’s huge! In my world a hundred round box of bullets cost around $30 depending on caliber and style. They’re cheaper if you buy in bulk. Then the loading of the cartridge starts. / s what a load of💩

I saw the video in Foreign news several times. Pretty alarming as he was at point blank range of her head. Gun jammed or she’d be no more now.

The woman who is accused of the stabbing was found to have 5 more steak knives in her house!
The golfer was found to have 29 golf balls in his garage!
The woman who splashed hot tea on a stranger was found to have dozens of tea bags in her pantry!
The man suspected of spitting his gum out on the sidewalk was discovered to have an entire pack of gum in his pocket!
And, quite frankly, given that Kirchner's political career/platform has consisted largely of distractions from domestic issues ("¡Los Malvinas son Argentinos!"), hand-waving distractions, and ginned-up outrage, is she lucky, or was this staged for sympathy and further distraction?
