Boom. 100% correct.
One can regard the government of Ukraine as being very corrupt and evil and still wish to see as much damage done to Russia as possible. Never forget those bastards had and still have nukes aimed at us. Good Russky=dead Russky

There is a famous picture of Reagan in 88 walking through Red Square of a person who looks like a younger Putin, greeting Reagan

I remember when W praised Putin and Hollywood, or at least Donald Bellisario, portrayed him as a good guy and had the JAG crew foil an assassination attempt on him. What was that title of the Don Ameche Joe Mantegna flick, “Things Change”?

A funeral is too public. Too many germs floating around and too many members of the populace potentially with an axe to grind against Putin for any number of imaginable reasons.

“a state funeral would not have been appropriate”

He was still a Premier. This would be like refusing Reagan a state funeral because the Bushes hated him.

He was still a Premier.

He was the Communist Party Gen. Secretary and then President. Unlike Reagan he was not elected, merely promoted through the party hierarchy.

So.. the analogy would be with Biden, not with Reagan.

An attempt to run for elected Presidency in the late 1990s resulted in about 1% of the votes.

And with Biden,... does he deserve anything more than a footnote (”disaster”).

I thought he died forever ago.

Putin is still a Communist.

If Putin was still a communist, he would be the BFF of our leaders and Deep State. They’ve never met a communist they didn’t love ❤️

Now isn’t a safe time for Putin to be in public the murder rate there is like the 80’s and 90’s in New York.

Well, i wouldn’t equate russian and commie

Its more, good commie == dead commie or if you need more accuracy for this story, good soviet == dead soviet
