Pa. school district says students will need to bring masks as they head back to school

As students in Philadelphia make their way back to school, not only will they need to bring the usual school supplies such as books, pencils and notebooks, but they’ll also need to bring along their masks, as well.

According to 6ABC, face coverings will now be required in the School District of Philadelphia for the first 10 days of the school year and it’s all because of a precautionary tactic that’ll combat against group gatherings over the break.

During a news conference detailing plans earlier this month, it turns out district officials said the precaution is due to summer gatherings.

So, after the first 10 days, masking is expected to be optional but recommended.

According to the news outlet, officials said masking decisions will be based on COVID transmission levels in the area and they will be following CDC guidelines.

Masking may also be required in certain instances, like a school or classroom outbreak or after extended breaks.

Additionally, the district also announced it is implementing mask-to-stay, where students and staff who have been exposed to COVID-19, regardless of vaccination status, are no longer required to quarantine at home unless COVID-like symptoms are present.

But instead, officials said they can return to school but are required to wear a high-quality, well-fitted mask for 10 days.

So, what happens if a student tests positive?

According to 6ABC, if a student tests positive, he or she must isolate at home for at least five days and do virtual learning. When the student is symptom-free after five days, they can return to school but must wear a high-quality mask for five days and eat in a designated area.

As of now, vaccines are required for teachers and staff, and the district says as of mid-August 89% are vaccinated, the outlet reported.

It’s all about teaching COMPLIANCE….
...not “following the science”:

Masks are:

1) a sign of submission, subversion and subjugation
2) mandated in order to dehumanize
3) virtue signaling devices
4) meant to provide constant reinforcement of fear
5) used to destroy community, friends and family normal communication
6) implemented to create isolation, confusion, anxiety, destroy human connectivity, trust and interactions
7) mandated to exacerbate illness
8) intended to aid in the abandonment of the belief and reliance on our immune systems
9) intended to refute integrous science
10) signal to positions of power that you are willing to give up all of your rights and freedoms based on anything they say, even if it is a BIG FAT LIE!

Here's the REAL science:

Dust masks do not protect against the spread of viruses.

How does a country rebel in modern times when it no longer has fair elections, when the people they want representing them are harassed, brought up on BS charges, when our military is run by traitors, when our kids are programmed to stand with the enemy, when a foreign country has more control over our government than we do?

Could the military take action on their oath of enlistment? How would they do it to save this nation? “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic” comes BEFORE obeying the President.

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.” (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).

Child abuse charges should quickly follow. There is zero reason to force masks-—period!

HORSECRAP!

Just the tired old “out of an abundance of caution” justification with ZERO science behind it. Sign of a lazy and cowardly school board

Pennsylvania has been maskless and shoulder to shoulder with each other at baseball games, water parks and the beach the entire summer and never even budged the Covid needle.

Hit the next school board meeting, parents. Tell the Karen nazis you won’t comply.

Oh, and don’t even THINK about voting for Fetterman. He’ll “ put ya’ll back in chains.”

They must want increased microbial infection. Longterm use such as a 7 hour schoolday leads to more fungus infection. Then when a few kids get sick they will be like see I told you we need these masks, mask up another 90 days!

These are roughly the numbers I saw over a years ago.

Having spent 30 years doing microscopy of all kinds I knew the cloth and surgical masks made no sense for stopping viral transmission. Worked with tiny things and understood them.

So if masks work so well let me ask this: would you go into a laboratory that was working with smallpox or Ebola wearing only a surgical mask?

Public school parents have always been compliant, long before mask mandates.

I remember how most public school parents wanted homeschooling regulated heavily or banned. Some even called police on homeschool families for “truancy.”

But, now they whine and cry about mask mandates? Well, then don’t send your children to school.

Keeping up the fear-factor so that the commonwealth will make no moves to do away with, or limit mail-in voting.

Covering your mouth and nose while you leave two wet sticky eyeballs exposed like virus flypaper seems a bit pointless.

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

Either put a fence around Philadelphia or give Philadelphia to New Jersey. I have zero in common with Philadelphians. They deserve every damn problem they have. I deserve to keep my tax dollars.
