A former Colorado social worker and ex-romantic partner of an ousted police chief has been accused of "baselessly, falsely, and unconstitutionally" working to separate children from their families in a lawsuit filed by an Aurora councilwoman.
So far, several parents have come forward to let us know that they also had their children taken away from them as a result of Robin Niceta’s actions related to their cases whether by what they believe to be false testimony during court or what they believe to be false reports," Elliot Singer, the lawyer who prepared the lawsuit, said earlier this week, according to The Gazette.
Robin Niceta is accused of making sexual advances towards women she was actively investigating in her role as a social worker for the Arapahoe County Department of Human Services, and trying to separate children from those women's families if her advances were spurned, according to the lawsuit. Other accusations include: falsifying abuse or neglect complaints in a bid to separate children from their parents or caretakers; introducing false testimony into judicial proceedings; introducing false and fabricated evidence into court proceedings.

When a city councilwoman opposed and insulted the police chief, Niceta's girlfriend, Niceta accused the councilwoman of sexually abusing her son.
The councilwoman is not from the wrong side of the tracks. Niceta overstepped.
Abuse of power, spite, corruption, cronyism, family-wrecking, child-stealing...if she can claim any kind of official immunity and escape jail, it's beyond belief.

This woman and her former police chief girlfriend conspired to ruin and disrupt dozens of innocent people’s lives.
What was the catalyst for her various campaigns of evil?
Apparently, she would make a pass at the Lady of the house.
If this lady, this client rejected her advances, she set about to break their family up. Her soul is as ugly as her face. Sick and evil.

Kind of sounds like just another day on the job for most social workers.
Mind you, I have known a couple social workers who were Christians and acted with integrity, but they were the rarity, even by their own admission.
Unfortunately for her, mere lesbians are no longer in the top protected class. If she was trans with ‘pronouns’ she would have no worries.
Lesbians for the most part hate men, gay or straight.
Consciously or unconsciously misandry is at the heart of lesbianism.
Best not generalize people, that is a democrap game.

Niceta was arrested in May and charged criminally for allegedly falsely reporting child sex abuse allegations. The civil lawsuit on Wednesday now adds to her legal woes.
The case seeks class-action status, according to 9News, with the suit alleging more than 40 people have been affected by Niceta and the county.
The Gazette reported that Niceta is also facing an FBI investigation on whether she used her position as a caseworker to gain custody of a former partner’s child and filed a false police report against the former partner. “
Despicable, evil woman. She destroyed hundreds of lives.
When her affliction was rightly recognized as a mental illness, she would have been deemed unqualified for the job.
It was removed from the list of mental illnesses for political considerations alone, nothing more.
