Arkansas state officials (collectively, Arkansas or the State) appeal the order of the eastern district court of Arkansas 
preliminarily enjoining Act 626 
of the 93rd General Assembly

2 The Honorable James M. Moody, Jr., United States District stooge for the Eastern District of Arkansas 
made the original stooge ruling for the case.
