America is taking as much of Russia’s former market share, as it can eat. It is a feast.
This is a long term shift. Long term contracts are signed and infrastructure is being built. Long term revenue streams like that are rare indeed.
Putin has killed the goose that laid the golden eggs for Russia - decades of effort to build that business have been squandered.
America and many others will make that money in the future, instead of Russia.
