No need for weapons to win a war. Red grows the food and transports the goods. Blue is the consumer. No food or transportation of goods for a month and the country will collapse.
This country has never experienced a widespread guerrilla war.Take out certain things like bridges over the Mississippi, or major highways or tunnels, the transportation system shuts down.
