A former Suffolk County prosecutor and radical criminal justice activist, Adam Foss, 42, was indicted on charges of rape by a District Attorney’s Office of Manhattan on Tuesday.
Foss, who is from Los Angeles, is facing two first-degree charges of rape and sexual abuse that he allegedly committed against a 25-year-old woman in October 2017 in a Manhattan hotel room while she was sleeping.

What is up with this culture of degeneration and rape with so many POC? It’s rotten to the core and for some reason it’s in at least half of all rap music too.

We are regressing to a tribal culture with low IQ “citizens” whose main goals each day are to eat, fight and f..&. Taxpayers provide the first, the community provides the second, and anyone will do for the third. Their partner does not have to be willing.

Now, if they could get the former Lt. Governor Fairfax of Virginia on two rape charges, it would make my day.
What I'm saying is that all we have is her statement that he raped her, FIVE YEARS ago, and he denies raping her, saying they had consensual sex.
I'm pointing out some inconsistencies. From the article, they had been in communication. They meet at a hotel. They got a room. They went to the room. They went to sleep together in the room. All this is agreed by the two.
The point of disagreement is on whether there was consent. My point is that her accusations are inconsistent with the facts, and therefore I do not believe her accusations.
