Trump lawyers should file to have the search thrown out on 4th Amendment grounds and all things gathered by it ruled out of bounds as evidence against Trump as fruit of the poisoned tree. And keep appealing upwards until an honest court grants it. Their strategy has long been to keep forcing Trump to cough up documents until some they can twist into self incriminating is captured. Subpoenaing literally every document produced during his presidency should be considered a general warrant. Precisely what the 4th was passed to prevent. And based on what we know and their track record this likely fails the 4th on multiple other grounds. So turn their, wide as possible, fishing expedition against them, into a, wide as possible, blanket of immunity. Any anti-Trump legal action taken regarding matters protected by that blanket should result in instant, personal, Benjamin Crump level civil rights suits against all parties involved.
