If her party, Lega (Salvini) and Forza Italia (Berlusconi) form a coalition (and definitely looks that way) they’ll be hard to beat. And that would be the best thing for italy.
One humble American's advice to Italian politicians as citizens in that country prepare to vote in its upcoming election:
Do NOT steal the election and implant a senile sleepy puppet and a laughing hyena into your Executive branch. Otherwise, you too will become The Laughingstock of the World (as is the U.S.).

Italians wanted conservatives last time but they got sidelined by the current coalition.
Salvini won everywhere last time but they kept him out.

At this point, does it not seems to be an international axiom that, as in America, right-wing lady politicians are generally better looking than their left-wing counterparts?

Hoping Matteo Salvini, who was pushed out of office by the democrats, comes back. He knew how to control immigration and admired TRUMP, making Italy great again.
