A gunman armed with a rifle and multiple magazines of ammo killed three people and injured others before being killed by a good guy with a gun. In total, four people were killed, including the gunman, and three others were injured in the shooting on Sunday afternoon at the Greenwood Park Mall in suburban Indianapolis. One of the injured is a 12-year-old girl who suffered a minor scratch on her back. The shooter was shot dead by a Good Samaritan who witnessed the shooting, according to Greenwood Police Chief James Ison.
The man used a handgun to bring down the assailant. Ison said that the man who shot the gunman is a 22-year old from Bartholomew County, Indiana. The chief said that the hero stopped the shooting almost as soon as it began. Police believe that the shooter acted alone. At this point he has only been described as an adult male. Four of the victims are female, one is male. Officials have not speculated on a motive for the shooting.

I haven’t been in a mall in years. Even before the frequent shootings, they were overrun by rowdy teens using them as meeting places and ‘entertainment’.
Indiana now has open carry. Anyone allowed to own a gun can carry without a permit. Looks like that was a good thing today.

Therefore look for this shooting to have minimal mainstream media coverage and to quickly be forgotten.
The scumbag shooter should not be considered as being killed in order to get the four bodies the RATs require to make it an official “mass shooting”. The bass turd wasn’t killed. He was terminated.

The MSM seemed to be obsessed with whether a bad guy is taken out by somebody “legally carrying a firearm.” This is a prime example of why United States citizens DO NOT NEED PERMISSION FROM THE GOVERNMENT to protect themselves and others. God forbid that this good Samaritan didn’t have a gun license or conceal carry permit (or whatever is required in Indiana). Would he have been less of a hero if he stopped the shooting without “legally carrying a firearm?” I would guess all those who made it out safely could give a rat’s hind end whether he was “legally carrying a firearm” or not.
Thank God he was there, he was armed and most definitely saved an unknowable number of lives . . .
