Courts Squash Democrats’ ‘Most Secure Election’ Lie: Swing States Didn’t Follow Their Own Laws In 2020
The Federalist ^ | July 14, 2022 | J. Christian Adams

The 2020 election was full of chaos and irregularities. States across the country changed election policies and procedures last minute. Due to the pandemic, election officials claimed these emergency actions and deviations from election laws were necessary.

In 2020, the Wisconsin Elections Commission authorized “municipal clerks and local elections officials to establish ballot drop boxes” and said that people acting on behalf of the voter could deliver his or her ballot to these drop boxes.

Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg gave millions of dollars to election offices to change election procedures and fuel vote-by-mail efforts. The Capital Research Center uncovered that the Center for Technology and Civic Life, the non-profit Zuckerberg funneled his money through, gave Wisconsin election offices at least $6.7 million in 2020.

Much of this $6.7 million was used to set up drop boxes, which fueled ballot harvesting. Ballot harvesting refers to a person returning ballots that are not their own. For example, you go to a drop box and return your ballot, your husband’s, and your two neighbors’.

These changes expanding drop boxes and allowing ballot harvesting drew much ire and complaints in 2020. President Trump and many others criticized drop boxes as being less secure than in-person voting.

Last week, the Wisconsin Supreme Court delivered a win for election integrity and strengthened the security of Wisconsin’s elections. In a 4-3 ruling, the court ruled that drop boxes will only be allowed at the offices of election clerks.

The court ruled that the Wisconsin Elections Commission does not have the power to enact and change election laws. This power belongs to the state legislature.

Under Wisconsin law, drop boxes are illegal. The law requires absentee ballots to be returned by mail, or the voter must personally deliver them to the municipal clerk. This ruling upheld the rule of law in elections: Election laws cannot be suspended before an election. That leads to chaos and distrust in results.

This is not the first state to have violated its own laws in the 2020 election.

Earlier this year, a Pennsylvania court struck down the commonwealth’s mail-balloting law. The law passed in December 2019, and legalized no-excuse absentee voting.

The universal mail-voting law violated the Pennsylvania Constitution. The commonwealth’s Constitution requires a person to vote on Election Day unless they meet certain criteria. Changing the mail-balloting laws in Pennsylvania would require a constitutional amendment.

Pennsylvanians should think twice before passing a constitutional amendment for universal vote by mail. The vote-by-mail system was a complete failure in 2020. According to federal data, the commonwealth lost track of more ballots than the difference in votes between Trump and Biden.

Also in 2020, Pennsylvania set a record for the highest number of rejected mail ballots by election officials. Mail balloting leads to disenfranchisement because errors are not able to be fixed in person like they are at the polls.

For instance, if you forget to sign your ballot at the polls, an election worker can point the error out and allow you to sign the ballot. But with vote by mail, there is no way for the voter to fix the error once the ballot has been sent.

Pennsylvania and Wisconsin violated their own election laws and procedures in 2020. These two important rulings emphasize the necessity of the rule of law in elections, in order to achieve basic election integrity. Elections need to be conducted by the book so the American people can trust the results.

Eventually it will become common knowledge. And all of the “experts” will shrug and say, “Well, there was no way to know, really ... You’re sure the Democrats cheated? We’re as surprised as anyone at this news ...”

And the Supremes failed to weigh in. Had they not gotten involved in the 2000 election in Florida, Gore would likely have been declared the winner.

How does a government agency accept private money donations, and use it to implement government actions?

What's next are quo warranto actions to remove the state's representatives from the fed offices affeected by the election.

In a quo warranto (by what authority) there is no presumption of 'innocence' given the defendant, they have to prove a state judge's ruling that the election was UNLAWFUL according to state law was actually lawful, somehow.

This needs to be done in every battleground state, and expand from there before the 22 month fed retention period for election materials of Nov. 2020.

"Due to the pandemic, election officials claimed these emergency actions and deviations from election laws were necessary."

Some of them probably believed that.

In fact, the entire "pandemic" was a contrivance, designed to convince millions of people that emergency measures were necessary, measures which made fraud possible in the 2020 election and made much more corruption possible, in America and across the world.

Coronavirus infection is no more deadly than many infections which regularly sweep through the world but, in the past, have not been considered pandemics or crippling because no one intended to use them for political purposes.

Biden is the figurehead of a cabal whose objective is the destruction of the USA. I don't know exactly who is in this cabal, but at least one of them is highly intelligent--of genius level intelligence.

Part of this genius is the careful design of strategy. In the 2020 Election the strategy worked with surgical precision.

Another part of the strategy is to recruit useful idiots in the USA to help the cabal destroy America from within, as carefully chosen foreign agents work to destroy the USA from without.

Another part is for the cabal to keep a low profile and remain as invisible as possible, so that its strategy will also remain invisible.

It can be expected that other diseases will be labeled "pandemic," diseases which otherwise would have received little attention, for the same reasons as coronavirus infections.

However the genius of the cabal is not to be underestimated. It will not over-play its hand, and it is extremely resourceful.

Millions of Americans have been hoodwinked, including the justices of the Supreme Court.

As Lao Tse observed centuries ago, "Under the best leader, the people don't know they are being led." At first glance, millions assume that the "best leader" would be benevolent. In fact, as in the case of this cabal, the "best leader" can be monstrously evil, and still "the people do not know they are being led."

Swing States Didn’t Follow Their Own Laws In 2020

You can also tell the swing states where the majority Republican legislatures were in on The Steal - the ones who have not had a legislative show-and-tell hearing with Catherine Engelbrecht and True The Vote.

Arizona and Wisconsin have both had Engelbrecht, Phillips and True The Vote for a hearing.

Georgia, Michigan and Pennsylvania have not.

While this focuses on the Democrats, there’s more to this
story than that.

There was massive fraud on a number of levels, including the
states not following Constitutional or even their own state’s
guidelines concerning the running of elections.

State legislatures were the only entity that could change
their election laws, and yet a number of other entities
in states changed them anyway.

To my way of thinking, this invalidated those states
election returns.

Let’s put that aside for a moment.

Democrats? No! I’m not placing all the blame on them.

The Republican party leadership hated Trump so much, they
were willing to let anything take place to get rid of him.

This made me very angry every step of the way. The same
hatred they displayed during his four years in office,
spilled over into the election season, and they allowed
corruption to take place without a single whimper.

The fraud was far too detailed and wide spread for the
Republican leadership not to have noticed. The states
changing their election rules illegally should have been
challenged up front. The RNC/GOPe could have stopped a
lot of the corruption. They refused to.

After the fact they continued on to reject any claims of
the election being a massive fraud.

They trotted out their little minions to stick with the
claim that this was the most professionally run and secure
election ever.

Those who did not buy in, were framed as kooks and
malcontents. They bought into the January 6th dust up
as if only “Trump’s traitors” would do such a thing,
refusing to recognize that ANTIFA was hip deep in the
initial break-in and the violence that ensued.

They allowed Republicans to be hounded by the federal
government, allowed them to be arrested and treated like
terrorists, denying them due process and humane treatment.

So yeah, I despise the Democrats for what they did. And
I despise even more the people (supposedly) on our side
of the isle, who looked on and smiled at what treatment
Trump supporters were receiving.

Not so fast with trashing just the Democrats.

The whole lot of them that were in on the acts and
cover-ups should be tossed out of office, and they should
be given some serious prison time for what they went
along with.

This was a coup, laced together involving the two major
political parties to remove a president from office.

I’ll never forget it.

You know, if you read the Navarro Report, you will really get the picture of what happened in Novemeber 2020’s election.

The cheat was on, it was organized, choreographed, and fraud of the highest order, not to mention being UNconstitutional. Election laws and rules can only be changed by the Legislature of each state. This is not what happened in every swing state.Laws and Rules were changed by State Seretaries of State, by The Courts, it was dead WRONG! It was a stolen election.

The Jan 6 Kangaroo Kongressional committee wants to destroy Peter Navarro because he is RIGHT.
