You don’t even need to go down the route of safe guards. They are moot. Red flag laws disarm law abiding citizens when they have committed no crime. There is no need for due process for someone that has not committed a crime because due process is only needed after a crime is committed. The last thing we need is someone in government deciding safe guards and making decisions on peoples constitutional rights.
