They need stronger gun laws in Chicago. Like good guys can carry guns openly and shoot the bad guys, since the cops aren’t doing their jobs...

People in Chicago have been shooting each other since Pontius was a pilot. It’s just Chicago.
I have come to realize that is not bad thing. They cancel each other out. CPD should have some kind of tipping operation where they tip killer to other side of gangs. This way they could see crime controlled and contained. Trade off of this is Chicago tourism
Build a wall around Chicago and nature will take care of the problem in about a year.
