I knew this was going to happen once the politicians started feeding drugs to their supporters.

You can’t make this up- no one would believe it. It’s just like all government employees are adolescents. From a president who wear diapers to this

Is it trying to have a peace symbol on its side, too?

I don’t think it knows what it is.

It’s just like all government employees are adolescents.

They have been indulged since they were adolescents. After all, it would be unfair not to let them have their dream political jobs just because they are incompetent. Excluding them would be racist, sexist, and homophobic. /s

“Why didn’t they just make a giant slice of watermelon?”

Or a monkey statue. What the hell are these clowns thinking?

$135k is a drop in the bucket

“Cantrell said the city is spending $7.2 million to recognize “local black and brown artists,” and their artwork would be displayed around public buildings in New Orleans”

Let a white mayor recognize only white artists at a cost of 7 mill and see what happens.

Cost to the taxpayers $135,000.

What did you expect them to do with your money, teach some inner city kids to read, provide meals to elderly shut-ins, hire a cop? C'mon man.

‘New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell – a Democrat – touted the hair pick statue as “breathtaking” on Twitter.”

More like “Sucked all the air out of the room!”

This is what you exchanged Robert E. Lee and Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson statues for.
