More than 100 Republicans who won their 2022 primary elections have supported and amplified Donald Trump’s baseless assertion that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from him, a fraudulent claim that fuelled riots at the US Capitol and is central to a House committee investigation into the attack.
An analysis from The Washington Post, reviewing the field of candidates in this year’s races through 7 June primaries, has so far found that voters picked seven candidates for US Senate, 82 candidates for the House of Representatives, five for governor, four for state attorney general and one for secretary of state who have publicly denied or directly questioned the outcome of the 2020 election.
In total, voters have selected 149 candidates for statewide office and Congress who have repeated the former president’s claims or campaigned on platforms promoting “election integrity” and restoring “voter confidence” that Mr Trump himself undermined, expanding a nationwide strategy in GOP-dominated state legislatures to restrict ballot access and roll back voting rights.

The media suggests that former Attorney General Bill Barr will be the star witness in a criminal trial against former President Donald Trump. Incidentally, former US Attorney Bill McSwain for Pennsylvania penned a letter to Trump in June of 2021 stating that he’d received multiple allegations of election fraud but was advised by his then-boss Attorney General William Barr to make no public statements about them. Despite the facts of this letter, Barr maintains that he was not aware of any widespread fraud.

“Baseless assertion”? My eye! Who is directing these writers? No journalists among them from top to bottom. Anyone who has not been covering their eyes and ears knows the overwhelming evidence of many kinds proving the election was stolen. It is gut wrenching to witness the enemy takeover of the “legacy” media.

A common perception among the American citizenry is that the 2020 Presidential election was, indeed, stolen. That is going to be pretty hard for the Democrat Socialists to either accept or in any way quell.
The documentary “2,000 Mules” is pretty damning, and seems to be entirely plausible, if not some very hard evidence of ballot harvesting and outright dumping of what would be otherwise invalid ballots.
Nobody is more capable of a towering rage than someone who has been caught cheating and is found out later. The Democrat Socialists and their faux indignation are a very good example.
“Baseless Assertions” was never used when discussing how Russia helped Trump steal the 2016 election.
The Democrats could not have stolen anything in PA, GA, AZ, MI, and WI without the RINO-controlled legislatures and state officials turning a blind eye to cheating and refusing to launch any kind of meaningful investigation.
The ONLY way to voter integrity for MAGA candidates in 2024 across the board is to vote out as many RINOs at the state level in 2022 and replace them with MAGA.
I'm praying for Mastriano in PA. He would make a great governor, but the Uniparty hates him as much as Trump. I fear that Democrats will cheat and the RINO-controlled legislature led by Jake the Snake Corman will let them get away with it. RINOs would rather a Democrat win than have 'their' party taken over by MAGA.
RINOs are the traitors within, and the only way we get our country back is to oust them from the GOP. Make THEM start their own party.

Amen! to that. After 2020 November we kicked our two remaining left-ish acquaintances to the curb. They are to blame for all of this. Besides, who needs overall extremely stupid people in their lives?
RINOs are the real enemy. The presidency (and therefore one SCOTUS nominee) and three Senate seats (2 in GA, 1 in MI) (and therefore the majority in the Senate) were given to the Dems by RINOs.
RINOs are the reason for the woke clown world we must endure.
Contempt for TRUTH--TRUTH for its own sake--is the evil most fundamental to the Decadence of Western Civilization. It has suffused thinking so pervasively that many have lost contact with TRUTH or even the desire to seek it. Some have come to believe that truth is whatever the zeitgeist groupthink says it is or even whatever the dominant propaganda of the moment says it is.
Yet TRUTH and the ruthless quest for it is the basis of Western Civilization, the fountain of all the blessings it has brought to mankind, and the very thing that will set us free and resolve our most vexing problems.
Their pet RINOs are losing and they know it. If the Washington Establishment does not control both political parties, voters will have a real choice. No longer will they be able to sweep stuff in without opposition by burying it in the text of long bills. Their policies will have to actually face scrutiny from the voters.
No wonder they’re scared.
Because they want it to be baseless. It doesn’t suit their politics at all for it to be substantive. So therefore it can’t be. Pravda and Izvestia provided the template for this kind of reporting a long time ago.
