and more:

“..Biden’s goal is to have half of cars and trucks on the road producing zero emissions by 2030, a goal that would have to see current EV manufacturing grow 15-fold, according to DOD documents viewed by Bloomberg. ..”

Biden is seeing green!!! He is completely in their control!!

I doubt that Jojo has any more notion of this than I do.

The old creep is lost in the fog of the back pages of the windmills and canyons of his mind.

There’s not much left of him except rage and confusion.

"Afghanistan has an estimated 1.4 million tonnes of rare earth minerals including lithium (used in batteries), uranium (used for nuclear fuel) and many others. One of the largest deposits of rare earth minerals can be found at Khanneshin in Helmand province.Sep 24, 2021" Wiki

https://www.renewablematter.eu/articles/article/ukraine-all-lithium-reserves-and-mineral-resources-in-war-zones

"Ukraine's mineral wealth is one of the reasons why this country is so important to Russia,” said Rod Schoonover, former director of the Environment and Natural Resources Section of the U.S. National Intelligence Council. A wealth confirmed by the fact that Ukrainian lithium had begun to attract global attention as early as last year, before the Russian invasion halted exploration. Last November, in fact,

the Australian company European Lithium said it was close to securing the rights to two promising deposits of lithium in the region of Donetsk (eastern Ukraine) and Kirovograd, in the center of the country. In the same month, the Chinese company Chengxin Lithium has also asked for the rights

----------------------------------------------

We're going to risk nuclear war so Australian company European Lithium and the Chinese company Chengxin can get the rights to rare earth elements? That's nuts.

Biden: Worst. President. Ever.

I bet less than 10% of tthat money goes to anything remotely related to Ukraine. This was just an excuse to get back somw of the money Manchin blocked.

I’m no expert here, but it may help to keep China from cornering the mineral market and putting pressure on us.

Just remember that only 11 senators voted no to this & in The House people like Jim Jordan voted also for it. Now some say that this will change after the mid terms . How does that happen when we have half of all states usuing those corrupt voting machines?
