(CNN)Former Attorney General William Barr on Thursday met with the House select committee investigating the January 6 insurrection at the US Capitol as CNN spotted him inside a room used by the panel to conduct interviews.
Barr met with the panel for just over two hours today, according to an official familiar with the meeting. CNN previously reported that Barr had "tentatively agreed to give sworn testimony behind closed doors" to the House select committee.

The January 6 Kangaroo Court.
3 people could have saved this entire nation from the Hellscape that we now face....Pence, Mc Connell and Bill Barr....Barr is twisting himself in to pretzels, trying to have it five ways...His past is catching up to him....if it weren’t so tragic,it would be comical......He is Jaba The Coward....clawing his way to maintain relevancy...sloppy fat obese s.o.b, with no moral compass except his bagpipes, which ring hollow.
hmmmm........I agree on some level.....However, Trump was trying to do the right thing, working with early supporters.....but in the end, Trump exposed everyone for who they are along the way......Sessions seemed like a good person. It is just that no one estimated the depth of the treachery of the Swamp. Trump exposed them all and now everyone is aware of the battlefield landscape. Sessions was not prepared to do the battle that was necessary to do.
Agree, this was a mistake on Trump’s part, he appointed him IMHO primarily because he was one of the first Senators to endorse Trump. I’m a big Trump plan but the personaliztion he puts into decisions is his one flaw-but then I have many so who am I to say
Trump would have bee justified to say: 'Had I known he would recuse himself, I would not have appointed him'
Sessions stabbed him in the back.
Would you consider a 3-way tie with Elaine Chao and Bill Barr?
LOL. Certainly a valid point!
Doesn’t Fat have anything better to do with his time?
treasonous bagpipe Billy is going to play them a tune
Tentatively agreed to give sworn testimony behind closed doors.
Sounds like a swamp script about to be wrote.
He’ a seedy one for sure.
Monday morning quarterbacking at its best.
It’s as bad as the armchair generals at FR.
Jacquerie, when Sessions recused himself, I said at that time he needed to be fired. So, as to me, it is more of an “I told you so” rather than being a Monday morning QB.
