The COVID-19 pandemic is ongoing, even though many may have started acting like the emergency has passed. A key tool in tracking the pandemic has been wastewater surveillance, especially when case counts and testing numbers have become less reliable with more people using rapid tests and testing access becoming more limited again.

The first thing we need to do is protect our presstitutes with Strict Lockdowns and Quarantine them for an entire YEAR, to keep them safe.
D’ya think they’ll ever admit that the vaccine was an abject failure? Ever?
Are the hospitals still killing them, or are they now happy/satisfied with the adverse reactions’ increasing mortality? That’s what I want to know.
I know a family of five who have natural immunity from the original Covid strain. Three out of the five caught Covid again recently. It was short and mild.

What does the fact that our central-planning, control-freak government conducts “surveillance” on what we flush down the toilet tell us?
A pandemic so deadly nobody even notices when they contract it.

COVID is over.
Here is what is going on with the virus:
1) US Covid death counts (the only count that matters) have declined from the 3000+ levels of 3 months ago to about 275. This is slightly higher than the minimum death count of last summer. The present decline has flattened.
2) Many states are delaying reporting, compared to last year, so you can only get accurate numbers by looking back about 2 weeks. The decline was flat then.
3) Today’s data will become meaningful only in 2 weeks.
4) Vax for nearly everyone is essentially useless now. It aged and lost immunity. There is no such thing as “natural immunity” because it is an non natural virus, but there IS recovered immunity. This is immunity obtained by surviving infection. It has been shown to last slightly less long than vax immunity — and that’s not a measure of antibody titer. Enough time has passed to count actual infections. More occurred via recovered immunity vs vax at a given timeframe.
5) There is no worse or better. Both fail. It is not a natural virus and both fail. We hear many reports of vaxed people dying of Covid now. They were early vax adopters, it got old, and Covid got them. Same thing is happening to old folks who got infected and survived. They are dying too, and of course, they are a year older.
6) The only thing that protects you is . . . not being over 65, and not being around other people. NOTHING else works. If you’re not over 65, you’re in no danger to yourself, but you’re a potential carrier and killer of oldsters.
Those are the rules of the game. The virus allows no cheating.
I'd argue it has more to due with comorbidity and less to do with age unless the aged have health issues.
In the beginning, many suspected that Covid was being spread via sewer gasses.
In China apartment buildings, residents were locked in their apartments with zero outside contact, but were still contracting Covid.
They suspected that the interconnected sewer vent lines were transporting the virus from apartment to apartment via drain lines, then out the vent at the top of the building.
It seems the best tracing has been wastewater.
It didn’t fail to make a profit and that was its only real purpose.
You have done a great summary of the ‘new normal’. We can expect a spike over it every year in what use to be flu season.
And I would add, do not go to a hospital or go on a ventilator.

I honestly cannot answer that question; I haven’t got one.
They were partially correct. They do not use P-traps on the plumbing in China. That is the problem. The toilet forms a P-trap with the water in the bowl so that is ok.
The sink though has a straight drain hookup to the common sewage stack that it is hooked up to.
Someone flushes on a floor above when they have covid then aerosolized contaminated feces exit the sink drain in the apartments below and contaminate the general area of the sink where you brush your teeth,wash your face etc. Voila’ you eventually get infected.
This was figured out by two cases. One in Hong Kong and one in Shanghai.
